For Traditional Bulletins
We accept the following file types:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) (PREFERRED)
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
- eps
- tif
File Size
- Please create your art at a 1′ = 0.5″ scale
- For example, the live area for a 14×48 board will be 7″ x 24″ in your file
- Please add a 6″ bleeds on all sides; art for a 14×48 board will scale to 15×49 (7.5″ x 24.5″ in your file)

With you art file(s), please include:
- PMS colors
- Required Resolution=300dpi
- All Fonts and/or Create Outlines
- 6″ Bleed on art w/Crop Marks
- Files must be in CMYK color mode
For Digital Bulletins
Digital ads must be sent as high quality jpgs.

File Size
- Each digital board has a different size requirement. Please send art scaled to the proper size.
Make sure your file is:
- 300 dpi
- in RGB color mode
- saved as high quality jpg
